CAP is committed to being open and transparent with all of its supporters. CAP maintains the discipline of visibility during the delivery of proposals. This commitment will also apply to financial reporting that will be sanctioned each year by an independent external auditor.

ACCOUNTABILITY

CAP is committed to reflecting a culture that is accountable to its supporters, employees and its leadership. CAP is responsible for delivering and verifying reports of its activities to its partners on a consistent basis. Reliability, consistent monitoring, vigorous self discipline, and the commitment of the CAP personnel will permeate throughout the organization.

CAP will esteem all partners without bias and will show appreciation for all contributions toward the mission. CAP is bound to abide by the by-laws set forth for the organization. CAP is also dedicated to act in accordance with its legal documents for all proceedings.

CAP will not disclose the private information of its partners to other third-party vendors unless authorized to do so. The information provided by individuals and organizations will be used only to the degree that said information promotes the mission of CAP.
